NSWGR Railcars 600/700, 620/720 and DEB sets.

Patch File 1B

I previously issued a Patch file 1 for these railcars, which contained improved texture files for better windows.

This Patch file 1B now adds the following:

From new colour photos that I found, the original railcars had body colour handrails instead of the silver ones I originally made, and I found the pilots were originally painted silver instead of the rusty/dirty black that I originally made - the texture files have been upgraded appropriately.

The lighting for the marker lamps has been improved (from feedback from another user) and has been amended.

Since releasing them a much better Cabview has appeared on the Steam4Me website, I have now changed the old default Kiha cabview to use the nice SAR 55/75 railcar cabview by Yuri Sos / Allan Lownsborough.

As I find minor things with my models, I will issue Patch files as a cumulative condition - for example a Patch 1C means that it is a patch for the original release version 1 download file, but now includes all changes under patch 1A + 1B + 1C.

To use this patch simply copy the new files directly into the appropriate existing folders, over-writing the old files - that's all there is too it !
